MPA Reminders

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The 1st period band will be performing in Concert MPA at Jefferson High School on Tuesday, March 30. MPA stands for Music Performance Assessment. The students will perform for four judges and be rated on their performance. This is a great musical experience for your students and they have been working very hard to prepare for this event. Please read the following information below concerning MPA:

What: Concert MPA
Where: Jefferson High School
When: Tuesday, March 30, 2010
We will leave school at 11:30am
We will perform at 4:20pm
We will return to school by 5:30pm

Uniform: Students need to come to school dressed in their concert uniform.
Black dress pants, Black socks, Black shoes, White dress shirt, Cummerbund and Bowtie. Students may bring a change of clothes for after the performance.
Lunch: We will be eating lunch at Jefferson High School. Students need to bring their lunch or can buy a lunch from Jefferson. More information to come!

Chaperones: We will need 6 Chaperones for this trip. We will need 3 to ride the bus and 3 to drive. We will need a truck or SUV to carry some of our big instruments. If you want to chaperone, Please fill out the bottom of this sheet and return it back to Mr. Dunn by March 19.
